Hi Andy,

We just wanted to say a big thank you for arranging our trip to Bali and Thailand.

We had the most amazing holiday and much of this was down to you and your colleagues at Ultimate Destinations.

You listened to what we wanted from our holiday and made suggestions based on our wishes, including providing excellent accommodation/ hotel options for each of the six resorts we stayed at. Even when we changed our plans, nothing was too much trouble.

One of the highlights of our stay was our 2-night stay at Elephant Hills Tented Camp and the Rainforest Camp. Such a great experience and something we would highly recommend.

Interaction with the elephants is something we will never forget, and the Rainforest Camp at Khao Sok National Park was the most beautiful setting, with amazing views; and to top it all, a beautiful sunset over the lake.

Thank you again for all your help and for making our trip something we will always remember.
