Following our fantastic holiday to Antigua, we just had to let people know how much we appreciate all the support, information and communication we received throughout the booking process. The regular updates were invaluable and so reassuring.
It was all the little details that made our journey so smooth and relaxing, from the moment we left home. Andy, every request we had, you took care of effortlessly. Fast-track boarding was seamless, making our airport experience stress-free, and the lounge access was a godsend - Heathrow was so busy, but we could just sit back, enjoy the peace and read the papers before our flight.
Even the seats were taken care of, something we usually have to sort ourselves! On arrival in Antigua, the fast-track through customs was brilliant, and our taxi was ready and waiting along with a warm welcome from our hotel representative.
Most importantly, you made sure we had a room right on the beach at Galley Bay - it was the absolute icing on the cake. We weren’t sure it would be possible, but there we were, ground floor, beachfront - just perfect.
We’ll definitely be booking our next holiday with you.
